Welcome to Green Valley Club and Resorts. By using our website and booking any services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our phone or email.
  • A valid booking confirmation is required to avail of the services.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking. The balance payment must be cleared before or on the event date.
  • The resort reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the event based on mutual agreement.

2. Use of Facilities

  • The banquet hall, lawns, and swimming pool are available for events as per the booking agreement. Any changes to the planned usage must be communicated and approved in advance.
  • All guests must follow resort guidelines and safety protocols while using resort facilities, including the swimming pool.
  • The resort is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the event or while using our facilities.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Prices for services are subject to change, and the final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Any additional costs incurred during the event (such as extra services, catering, etc.) must be paid in full at the end of the event.

4. Behavior and Conduct

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully while on the premises. The resort reserves the right to remove any guests engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Any damages to resort property caused by guests or event participants will be charged to the responsible party.

5. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
